We have licensed adjusters dedicated to inspecting only property claims.  They handle both commercial and residential property.  Losses in excess of $1,000,000 have been handled by our staff.  Our adjusters are licensed by the State of Minnesota and are experienced with inspecting damage caused by fire, wind storms, hail, water damage, product liability, including 3rd party liability, and most other causes of damage.  They are also able to handle content damage and help you dispose of salvage, if necessary.

We use the MSB estimating program to clearly and accurately write an estimate for damages caused by the incident.  Our adjusters are able to customize the procedures and final report to fit your companies needs. We will also include a summary of the loss and a description of the situation that explains how we came to the final value.  We will also work with your inside adjusters to determine if a loss is covered under your policy guidelines.

We use digital cameras to photograph the damages and have the ability to electronically transmit the information to your office.
